The Counselling Directory provides a counselling support network, enabling those in distress to find a counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs. It is a free, confidential service that will hopefully encourage those in distress to seek help. Every counsellor has submitted their qualifications and insurance cover to the Directory administration, or is registered with a professional body online with recognised codes of ethics and practice, so you can be assured of their professionalism.

We offer a befriender service and also hold informal group meetings once every two months in Bicester. We have a quarterly newsletter and we also host a number of awareness and fundraising events throughout the year. Please visit our website for further information. www.oxfordshiresands.org.uk
